Here’s the thing… the world is chaotic.
You don’t have time to spend hours researching what you should be eating or how you should be working out. You hardly even have time to eat and work out as it is! You know that something in you is off, but you can’t quite pinpoint it…Does this sound familiar?
Here’s my story…
Two years ago, I woke up with stabbing pain in my stomach. After countless doctor appointments and dozens of tests giving no answer as to the cause, I decided to take my health into my own hands. I’d been passionately involved with health and fitness since I was in high school, but something was different this time. I was learning how to view my wellness holistically… I was learning first-hand that there is no point following trends or viewing your body as anything other than totally individual. I eventually learned what triggered my digestive problems by learning to listen to what my body was actually trying to tell me.
The way that I work with my clients is the same.
As a Health Coach and Fitness professional, I understand your specific issues and craft you a targeted plan. Everyone has unique goals, needs, ideas, schedules, likes and dislikes. It’s not about wedging in the latest diet trend into your life when it doesn’t make sense. It’s not about forcing yourself to try yoga when the thought of just stretching makes you anxious. It’s not about putting kale on every plate that goes in front of you (total side note: I’m not a huge fan of kale so I rarely eat it unless it’s hidden in something like a mother has to do for a child)…What it is about is YOU! What empowers, inspires and motivates YOU.
