“Eat Your Plants”
A guide to learning whole food, plant-based eating.
Duration: 4 weeks

A 4-week whole food, plant-based (WFPB) program focused on educating you about the benefits of WFPB and setting small attainable goals to incorporate more unprocessed and nutrient-dense foods into your meals.
This program is easy to start and simple to follow. It is all about taking it one day at a time. You will pick a day to eat only fruits, veggies, whole grains, and unprocessed foods for four weeks. Each week, we will add one more day to your plan. In week 1, you will eat one day (all meals) plant-based; week 2 is two days (all meals) plant-based, and so on through week 4.
With this process, you won’t have to give up chicken, cupcakes, or pizza. It’s not about depriving yourself of things you love; it’s all about adding more of what you need.
What you will learn:
how to crowd out foods by incorporating more natural whole foods.
how to navigate the grocery store to select the best foods for your body while gaining a foundational understanding of the ingredients in food.
the important role that whole foods play in the health of your skin, cells, and organs.
how you can eat to gain energy and curb high sugar and salty cravings.

List of foods to incorporate and foods to avoid when possible.
Sample meal plan and additional recipes and resources to discover more meal options.
Complete email, text, and Zoom call with me throughout the program.
Two 50-minute 1:1 personalized health coaching sessions during the four weeks.
