Women’s Warrior Donation- Based Workout Class

Welcome to the **Women's Warrior Class with Ashley Russ**! Join us for an empowering and energizing workout led by Yoga and Fitness Instructor Ashley Russ. This in-person event will take place on **Sat May 11 2024** at **10:45 AM** at Compass Cycle + Flow. Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and unleash your inner warrior in this dynamic class designed for all levels. Don't miss out on this opportunity to challenge yourself and connect with other strong women. See you there!

Raffle prizes and snacks will be available after class!

All donations will go towards supporting a woman going through fertility treatment at a local fertility clinic in Rochester.

Train with Me

Private Training (60 minutes)

All private sessions are 60 minutes long and can be tailored to fit your goals.

I offer the following private and small group training (1-3 ppl) classes:

1. Power Vinyasa Yoga - an athletic approach to yoga incorporating stretching, mobility and strength training.

2. Pilates - train and sculpt your whole body with a focus on core using bodyweight and light to moderate weights/ equipment .

3. Balance Method - my own unique low impact workout method utilizing exercises from yoga, pilates and strength training that target specific muscle groups and create longer, leaning muscles while burning fat.
